50% Brazil Cerrado (Pulped Natural)
Cerrado coffee is generally clean with a good body (creamy mouthfeel), low acidity, well-balanced, and often exhibiting a nutty and even slightly caramelly flavor when light-roasted, perhaps even malty, though more chocolaty if given a darker roast.
50% Indonesia Mandheling (Wet Hulled)
Full bodied with a creamy mouthfeel, low acidity and full of those wonderfully complex dark chocolate, peat moss, smoky and spice tones; an earthier terroir, on the strong side, stout-like smoother mouthfeel and has a bit of sweetness upfront.
NOTES
The pair pertaining from this blend will give you a bursting experience for full and clean body with sweet chocolate aftertaste on your white bevarages. For black beverages the delicate acidity with a touch of sugar browning sweetness is commodity you will be perplex with.
