50% Brazil Cerrado (Pulped Natural)
Cerrado coffee is generally clean with a good body (creamy mouthfeel), low acidity, well-balanced, and often exhibiting a nutty and even slightly caramelly flavor when light-roasted, perhaps even malty, though more chocolaty if given a darker roast.
50% Colombia Inza (Fully washed)
Inza is a municipality located in the high mountains of Cauca, Colombia. Cauca is in the southwest of Colombia, between the Pacific Ocean and the Huila department. Smallholder farmers in the area work on plots of land between 1.8 and 2 hectares. These farmers organized together to form the Asorcafe association in 2003, which currently has 290 member farmers.

Curated to produce a sweet and smooth sensation with mild tangerine like finish, layered with a nutty aftertaste.
